Sally Chaplow room leader

Sally leads our under 2's room team and is L3 qualified. Sally attends regular training and forums, relevant to her role (including safeguarding), to keep her skills and knowledge up to date.

Phil leads our 2 year old room team and is L3 qualified. Phil attends regular training and forums, to keep his skills and knowledge up to date.

Permanent staff

Our staff team ranges in qualification levels and experience in early years. Before joining us, all staff are thoroughly checked to ensure they are suitable. Once with us, they have regular training for their roles, including, but not limited to, safeguarding and paediatric first aid.

We provide placements for students from local colleges and universities .These students are vetted before starting at the settings with DBS checks. They work alongside the team and are not counted in the ratios of adults-children.
